The Mexican president looks forward to Washington's meeting with Biden in November

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador stated on Thursday that he had proposed visiting Washington in November to satisfy with U.S. President Joe Biden, and in addition invited Biden to go to Mexico.

Talking at an everyday authorities information convention, Lopez Obrador stated he deliberate to debate migration, drug trafficking, violence and commerce along with his American counterpart.

He stated he proposed Washington as a result of he is not going to attend the Asia-Pacific Financial Cooperation (APEC) summit in San Francisco subsequent November, citing Mexico’s lack of diplomatic relations with Peru, the subsequent APEC chair.
