The suspect died after carjacking a woman and getting into a shootout with police in Forest Park

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating an officer-involved capturing that left a person useless Monday afternoon.

The GBI says Forest Park Police had been known as at 12:15 p.m. to answer a carjacking in Jonesboro.

Police mentioned whereas they had been on their approach, they encountered a person who was strolling on the street carrying firearms.

After they arrived on the scene, officers tried to talk with the suspect, who started capturing at them.

Officers responded by capturing the suspect.

The suspect, whose identification was not revealed, was taken to hospital the place he later died.

Based on police, the investigation decided that the suspect kidnapped a lady at a close-by Texaco retailer after which crashed a truck a number of blocks away. The suspect then waved the gun on the semi earlier than getting right into a shootout with police.
